We offer no-obligation surveys and quotations. The provision of a quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have agreed to the terms and a formal contract has been executed.
3.3 Service Availability
We primarily serve properties in Dorset and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and other factors. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect quotations already provided.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or contract. Typical payment terms include:
- Deposit payment may be required before work commences
- Progress payments may be requested for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed

4.3 Late Payment

5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
For residential customers, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of accepting the quotation, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any deposits paid.
5.3 Cancellation Fees
If you cancel after work has commenced, you may be charged for:

6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for a period specified in your contract (typically 10-20 years depending on the type of work). This guarantee covers defects in our work but does not cover damage caused by factors beyond our control.
6.2 Insurance-Backed Guarantees

6.3 Guarantee Conditions
Our guarantees are subject to:
- Full payment being made in accordance with the contract
- The property being maintained in good condition
- No alterations being made to the treated areas without our prior consent
- You allowing us reasonable access to inspect and remedy any defects
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Insurance
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
7.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability to you in respect of any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid or payable under that contract, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed to us
- Damage caused by your failure to follow our recommendations
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
- Consequential losses or indirect damages
- Damage to items not properly protected or removed before work commenced
